Appointment Policy
We understand that unexpected events come up, and we always try to be flexible. To respect the time of all patients and our team, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows us to accommodate others waiting for care.
If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, we'll hold your appointment for up to 30 minutes, but if there's no communication within that window, we reserve the right to close the clinic or release your time slot to ensure smooth scheduling for all patients.
Appointment Reminders
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment
- Bring a valid photo ID and any relevant medical records
- New patient consultations include a comprehensive health review
- Payment is due at the time of service
Cancellation Policy
